The customer service here is amazing! From picking out an engagement ring, to finding the hubby’s wedding band, and then having to special order my (2) wedding bands, the staff has been nothing less than professional. We never felt pressured or that anyone was pushy. This week I discovered one of the small diamonds on one of my bands had fallen out and Jeff immediately told us it would be replaced at no charge and back within 3 days!
