I came in earlier this week to have my engagement ring resized. After looking at the ring I was encouraged to contact where the ring was purchased so the warranty wasn't affected. I really appreciate the honesty of those who work at Meyers and look forward to returning for future purchases.

I have been in this store twice and the experience was dismal at best. But a colleague of mine stopped in there today to have a ring looked at and buy his wife a Christmas gift, but after, what looked like the manager, was very rude and dismissive to him. I will never buy anything from this store. There was not a soul in the store, 6 people working, one running the sweeper, and no one was pleasant or attentive. What a shame
