Tonight my AC went out and although it states on the after-hours maintenance emergency line that AC outages are considered an emergency, someone still called me to tell me they don’t respond to AC outages then hung up in my face. It’s currently 88 degrees in my apt. There’s no way I can sleep here overnight. This is not the first time they haven’t responded to an emergency call I’ve made either. This has gotta be illegal & is most definitely unprofessional.
Don't rent with them at any costs guys!!! The most accurate way to describe dealing with the leasing staff and management team would be like delving into the pits of hell and being pulled out by your teeth. To say their staff is incompetent would be a compliment. My car was towed because the property had conflicting signage posted across the back fences indicating it was visitor parking when actuality the property changed their parking policy and just decided not to remove the signs. Place sucks they make errors but not quick to help or fix the problems
By far the best place I’ve lived in a very long time!!! Even with what happened to this place they are still making things better for New and old residents!!! Nice and quiet location! apartments are soo nice on the inside! I leased my place not even seeing it and I couldn’t be more happy that I trust Erica!
Joanie, Erica, Karen, and Amber have been very helpful and nice during my time here at MeyerForest. Good value for money.
