Meyer fitness offers specialized lifting classes that you can't find anywhere else in Hampton Roads and I travel from Newport news for their expertise.

I'm back after having a baby in November. I worked out Thursday 4/21 @530p and today 4/23 @9am. After both classes, it looked as if I had just gotten out of the shower. I am pouring with sweat!!!!! My goal is to build as much muscle as Lauren Meyer! I highly recommend Meyer Fitness to anyone looking for a gym family.
