Cox fitness centers are very helpful to their customers . Their trainers are very professional, and will help you find a workout program that will sute your personal needs.
Just joined two weeks ago, but the fitness center offers everything I am looking for: pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, exercise classes, weights, cycling, instructors, and more. Very pleased with the facility and staff. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

The staff are very helpful. My kids love the daycare there. There’s enough cardio equipment but the room needs more fans; it gets really humid in there.
