RecommendedWater classes are the BEST! Especially for people who suffer from arthritic pain & stiffness. LOVE the staff, too! And convenient times - should be able to find at least one to fit in your schedule.
The staff are great and always helpful, equipment is very good and easy to operate, and facilities are clean. My only complaint is that I wish the parking lot was larger.

The staff is the best there is, the area is roomy and airy. Love the indoor track - 32 times around the middle track is a 5K! As a member of Silver Sneakers, I have had the opportunity to check out 5 different fitness centers over the past few years and I chose the Meyer Center hands down. It feels like a real fitness center, not a cattle car assembly line like all the other commercial centers go where it seems all they want is your membership payment and then they are done with you. Loved my fitness classes and the instructors
It is very inviting. When you walk in it is bright and cheery and clean. It gives you an immediate lift and you feel good about exercising.

Coming here has saved my life. I don’t like to think of how out of shape I would be without the gym and my personal trainer, Jack!
