I have been to many a gym in my journey toward a healthier me and I have to say that I have found my home. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable, the equipment is clean and in good repair. They offer pretty much anything a person could want.
The south side location is ridiculously annoying. Too many people at all times. I live 30 seconds away but I’ll travel to the north location to get a good workout in.
Very nice people and very clean.
Looking into participate of this facilities is a plus for my health benefits but still looking in which membership to choose. Otherwise this is so far a great choice to get fit where exercise machines are available along trainers to help to set them appropiately, and the pool is a big plus for those of us that suffer muscular and arthritis difficulties.
CoxHealth Fitness Centers has it all!!! Amazing staff, fun classes for all ages and abilities, caring trainers and instructors, and the cleanest facilities I’ve ever been in! Love this place!
