I have been to many a gym in my journey toward a healthier me and I have to say that I have found my home. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable, the equipment is clean and in good repair. They offer pretty much anything a person could want.
The south side location is ridiculously annoying. Too many people at all times. I live 30 seconds away but I’ll travel to the north location to get a good workout in.
Looking into participate of this facilities is a plus for my health benefits but still looking in which membership to choose. Otherwise this is so far a great choice to get fit where exercise machines are available along trainers to help to set them appropiately, and the pool is a big plus for those of us that suffer muscular and arthritis difficulties.
