I have lost a total of 250 lbs at Cox fitness. I have gained a little and now working harder than ever to get healthy. I appreciate all those great workers who helped me along my journey. I consider this the best place for my fitness. I am so blessed that I have found some great friends along the way. Thanks to all who have been through his with me.
Great facility. They have lots of fitness options to make a workout fun and exciting. It’s also really clean compared to other gyms I’ve been to. The classes are great and the trainers are top-notch! Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.
