I have seen a few different dentists. While I admit I'm scared of seeing the dentist and had a few bad experiences, Ricardo Cuevas has help change that. He makes you feel super comfortable and walks you through everything. I even switched my kids over to New Haven Dental Associates. He is simply the best!
I didn't mean to press on any star. I simply called the office enquiring about hiring and unfortunately the person who answered the phone "office manager" came across as unprofessional and cold with her demeanor on the phone, was hardly helpful with the questions I was asking. And her excuse for not having any information to give me was because they're a small office. Total turn off. The way she handled my call helped me make the decision of not ever considering them as a patient or recommending them at all. Smdh.
Very clean dental office, the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable for my procedure. Recieved a follow up phone call to make sure I was okay after the procedure. Keep up the good work,
