Great knowledgeable dr. Think so much of his ability
Everything about Dr. Metzger has cemented our patient-doctor relationship: his credentials and experience, his relationship with Bethesda East, his patients' eagerness to regard him and his support staff highly (we LOVE Victoria), his obvious physical fitness (he walks the walk) and his good looks.
He's nice, thoughtful, thorough. He didn't tell me I was overweight (I am) because it's evident. He was courteous. I had to have an EKG. It was fast. It didn't hurt and he respected my allergic reactions to latex products. I have no fears seeing this doctor and feel he is treating my heart and blood pressure issues in a proper and efficient manner. I am so blessed to have found him. Thanks for asking.
I came in as a new patient and the office was very professional and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Metzger evaluated my condition and put my mind at ease. As I was leaving he told me that if there’s any change in my condition to let him now. Thank you.
Seeing the doctor is reassuring but a lot happens before and after, which makes the office visit manageable. I was greeted with a smile and a woman with a pleasant voice. The wait time was not long and I noted to the woman sitting two chairs away how comfortable the chairs are. Believe me, that does set a tone. I just moved to Florida from Detroit. I had to establish care with a new cardiologist and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of a physician. Dr Metzger was patient, attentive and answered my list of questions to my satisfaction. He scheduled a follow-up visit so he would have time to review my medical records before pursuing a course of treatment. His staff was efficient and cordial.
Saw Dan Finnegan, PA this time and excellent care following the traditions of Dr. Metzger. Reviewed my chart same day and signed-off on my ekg & echo, even though he was very busy.
This was my first time at this office. First impressions means a lot to me. The staff was very friendly, Dr Metzger was very attentive, I didn’t feel rush, was comfortable and he made sure all my questions were answered.
Dr Metzger always takes time to ask questions and to listen to my answers. I never feel rushed or dismissed.
