We have an hour to travel to this place as I am forced to go there by virtue of participating on a clinical trial run out of blacktown hospital. The appointments were all delayed in a massive way due to day surgery. I have now been waiting for 2 hours in addition to the 1 hour travelling time. The least rhe admin staff could do is call people and let them know of the hold up
Very bad experience with the Dr and admin staff. Not able to get an appointment with the Dr after eye surgery for two months. Even after explaining the complications after recent surgery. As a result permanent changes in appearance and still suffering some problems. Complaint to admin left unattended. Complete ignorance. Would NOT recommend.
Cannot fault great team from staff to surgeons. Esp dana robaei
Sweet, and helpful staff, and reception. Completed all scans, and tests in less than 90 minutes when I expected up to a few hours. Would recommend service!
I arrived for my 11 am appointment. There is a screening which takes about 5-10 mins. I am asked to wait for the doctor to see me next. A lady arrives at 11:30-40 am, and she too waits for the doctor. The doctor is busy. U can see him walking around with papers. At 1 pm the doctor finally decides to see a patient, but its not me.
