As I say in all my reviews of upcoming dental appointments with this office. I’m apprehensive. I know the staff very well who are as good as family. Their fun, courteous and professional. Most professional office I have ever experienced. Open and honest with what I needed done and also what the cost to me would be. I am more than pleased with not only the Dentist himself, but also everyone I came in contact with during my last visit. Looking forward to using your services in the future.
Lost a front tooth cap over holiday weekend. Called and left a message requesting callback first work day. They called first thing Tuesday and made room for me to come in that day.
Had my teeth cleaning today. Jen did a great job as usual. Excellent staff and facility.
....I cannot properly express just how glad I am I switched to this practice. They're professional, polite AND have great senses of humor. That says tons about the work environment and how people are treated.
I always enjoy coming in to see Jenn, as much as I hate dentists, sorry. My experience today was outstanding. Both my cleaning and meeting the new dentist and the work I have to have done. But I was very relaxed and the office seemed to be also.
Called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. Everyone, everyone was kind, helpful and professional. All my options were explained to me and helpful.
From the front desk to hygienist, dentist and reviewing the game plan with Kelly every one was friendly, professional and courteous.
