Arrived yesterday for the Work Boat Convention. Had pre arranged our pickup with this company ahead of time and they were referred to us from some fellow crew boat companies. Our experience was a good one and we will also be opening an account with them for all our crew transports. Highly recommend!
As everyone knows the day before thanksgiving is crazy. We called 3 days in advance to arrange our pick up from the Airport. When we arrived at the airport there was that initial feeling of "I Hope The Cab Is There" and yes it was. The driver was very nice and friendly and we located him easily since he had a sign with out last name on it. The SUV was very nice and clean and he assisted us with our luggage. Good transportation with this cab from the airport to our hotel and back. We called a day in advance and everything went well.
The question should be what didn't go wrong. Late, arrogant driver, extremely rude call taker, no customer service, called to complain and they could have careless. So I then called the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint and I was advised that their rating in the BBB was an F, the lowest rating. Checked it out online and verified it on Thor web site, if I would have known this ahead of time I would have never used them and hope that others read this as well.
Arranged our Airport pickup through them using phone app. and had no problems with fast service also. Cab was clean and the driver was extremely friendly. We will definetly use them again on our trips to New Orleans.
We arrived in town for the American Medical Association Convention and called this company to arrange our transportation and they did an excellent job. We were all very happy and give them a big A+!
The driver tried to charge us $14.00 per person from the Doubletree to Ralphs on the Park for our dinner reservation. He said the airport rate applies which was totally false and he should have used his meter on this. I gave him 40 bucks and we all walked off, screw it I said and call who ever u want! The reputation for this company will not be good if this is how they do business.
After being ripped off on our inital cab ride with another taxi we decided to call this company for our return trip and realized immediatley the difference in service we got from this cab. The driver also confirmed that we were ripped off because this drivers meter was about $40.00 less than what we paid to get to our location.
