Called for some transportation to a Saints party and had nothing but good service. Will use again.
Had to get downtown for a weekend business lunch. Since I plan on drinking I didn't want to drive. Called and cab showed up in about 10 to 15 minutes. I would rate the service I received as very good and will use them again.
Called for a cab...waited over 40 minutes...still no cab...my car was in shop never use a cab service...but my son had a party to attend...well needless to say my son missed his friends party...I had to cancel cab...
We liked, very much. Now back to Austria.

I took the advice of others reviews, they were 100% correct: Metry Cab was on-time, courteous, very reasonably priced, and personable to boot. Around 11pm we called for a ride to the airport at 5am the next morning, after being disconnected by another company twice. Not only did we NOT have to wait on hold for an hour, but the guy who took our call actually thanked us for our business. That never happens with cab companies! Zurich Classic and Jazz Fest along with a convention going on. All this means cabs will be busy and you will have long waits but luckily I was saved after my car wouldn't start at the mall. I called Metry Cab and the call taker advised me there would be a wait time, I appreciated this honesty and understood with all the events going on. About 20 minutes after I called the cab arrived, now hopefully the tow truck will get my car to the mechanic shop.
