Very rude people, does not listen to the needs of the customer, I would never recommend these people to anyone!
In town for the HIMSS convention with a couple colleagues. We were staying in Kenner at the Doubletree Hotel and the taxi they got for us was horrible. We decided to get one on our own and we were glad we did. Metry Cab provided us with reliable service with our needs in getting around the area.
So my car broke down on me with this horrible weather and I needed to use a taxi to get me home. I called and was told there would be a wait due to the weather conditions which was totally understandable. After about 30 min the taxi showed up. Everything at that point was good. I finally made it home. thank you Metry Cab.
We stayed in Metairie (Sheraton) for 7 days on our vacation. We used 2 cab companies during our stay. One was provided by staff and is the one that we will never use again and the other is this one that we found on our own. We had on time and good service with them. The driver was a friendly older guy who showed us a good time and kept us entertained. Thank you, from Linda, Angie and Mike!
We were in town for the Superbowl and Mardi Gras so we scheduled our transportation with Metry Cab. We have no complaints and will use them and recommend them to others.
Metry Cab saved us with a reliable source of transportation for our Black Friday Holiday Shopping adventure after our van ran hot. We had a great driver, and a clean vehicle. We will be using them again.
Decent service, very pleased, will use again.
