Good choice, took us to the superdome for the saints game. We did have to wait about 30min but we were very pleased with the outcome of our trip. Clean, nice and safe feeling which is hard to find in a taxi. Most of all my husband didn't get car sick which normally happens when he rides in a cab.

Called 8hrs in advance and never recieved a cab for 6pm. Called them back and they said that it was on its way, 7pm still no cab. Called back and finally cab shows up at 8:17pm, looked like it was is the Iraq war it was so dirty and smelly. We decided to pass due to the fact that we were not getting in that cab. Will never use them or even consider it again. We used another taxi company to get to our destination.

Ok its New Years Eve, I have never used a cab before and even I know if you expect to get a cab on time without any issues you had better call way way way ahead of time or even days in advance. This is what my family did with Metry Cab to arrange our transportation for our New Years fun. Every cab company out there will have a waiting period or even not be able to service you because everyone and there grandma wants a cab on New Years Eve, so if you couldnt get a cab because you waited till 10 minutes before you needed a cab... read more

We called in advance to set up our trip to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for the Bowl Game. Everything was good and on time. Driver even got us there on time with some shortcuts to avoid the traffic. Go Cajuns ULL!

Just as bad as Carriage Cab and when I voiced my anger at the driver he said "yea we have the same owner as Carriage Cab" Figures!

Not perfect but what cab is. Above average so I was fine with that. 4 stars because its hard for me to give a taxi 5 no matter how good.

I am a 52 year old disabled man and I have been using this company for the last 5 years. I use them to carry out my daily routines such as taking me to the doctor, to the grocery etc. There service to me and my family has been exceptional and we appreciate that. I will continue to use them everyday. Its hard to find a company where they actually help you with your groceries without charging you an extra fee. They have really treated me very well. I called another company but for some unknown reason a cab from this company shows up. How they got my info I have no idea! I called back to the other company and they say they haven't sent that cab and the one I called for is on the way. I ask the cab driver from this company how they got my info and he said they merged with the company I called. This was total BS and when I told him the cab I called was coming he drove off.
