I was just refused entry into the Worcester Road X-Ray with my mute, very ill daughter because I am her father and not her mother. I can not begin to tell you how dangerous and discriminatory this is-I am her primary medical caretaker, her advocate, her translator, and most importantly her support. Never in my life have I been refused access to any part of her care-ESPECIALLY because of my gender. This will not stand, and I am not through.
As I already said we live in another town and my dAughter has me drive her there in emergency situAtions becAuse she likes the care she recieves she also happens to have been born there !! She just can't get enough of the place it's our local hospital of choice!!
This is barbara matos I m deaf I went to that hospital and no interpreter services lack of attention and lack of medication I felt very pissed off and suffer deaf discrimination also many patients complained what they felt increase more health care
I was surprised to learn that the security man on second shift,a supervisor had a very intense criminal background. After speaking with him he told me his name is Eustace. We talked for awhile the first time,appeared normal 8 months ago. Seen him again 1month ago,talked but appeared to be on psychological medication. Told me he's a former police officer. We exchanged information. I looked him up and found out he lost his job as he assaulted his live in girlfriend and children. Not interested in going back there
I was there on Saturday to Sunday very well care for and exlant service
I want to thank all the doctors and nurses at metro West medical center in framingham,mass. For taking such good care of my brother Richard hastings after he was brought in with a heart attack. God bless all of you!my brother was very pleased with the care he was given! Thank you all!!
I found a very nice hospital, especially in the ER where my daughter was seen at night with lot of pain in her abdomen. They did everthing was possible and sent her to childrens hospital in Boston. By the way she's ok.
