Insufficient care they were just in a rush to get me out, I didn't get the proper care i needed, I needed more personal and medical care so I end up have to go to another medical facility.

A non-functioning medical records department. Had to beg and plead for records for a client for six weeks and then had to drive to Natick to retrieve them.
