Metroview is a great place to live! My partner and I lived here for three years and only have positive things to say. Jason is communicative and easy to work with. The building was always well taken care of. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Metroview is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Management (Jason) is attentive to issues, area and building are safe and walkable. Building is dog friendly but tenants are respectful about picking up/ noise. Cost is reasonable given apartment sizes. All around great place to live, I couldn’t recommend it more.
This is a fantastic apartment complex! You can tell that the landlord takes pride in it because he will be out personally working on it and knows everyone in the building by their first name. The rooms are well insulated, everything is super quiet, and very well-built. Best complex I have ever had the pleasure of being in here in Madison!!
