Nice guys – I had Metro out today and I was really impressed at the friendliness and professionalism of their staff. Plus the prices are extremely competitive, which is why I chose them in the first place. All in all, they did a great job and I saved some money. Can't beat that.
Good Electricians, Bad Owner. – The electricians are very professional and fair, however, while doing some work accidentally set off an alarm at PGE because he was supposed to contact them before disconnecting the meter. It was an innocent mistake, however it caused PGE to call the FBI to investigate for possible power theft. Luckily PGE was very understanding, but wanted to speak to the company that did not follow protocol.
