Late/OVERCHARGED!!!! ridiculous price to change a switch – ZERO stars. Had to give a rating so one star is noted. Only needed one simple lite switch replaced due to the plastic toggle breaking. Replacement switch was not a dimmer switch. Circuit not a problem. Tech wasted a lot of time walking thru my home checking all outlets and trying to convince me to change out the breaker box. Then spent a lot of time in his van. He finally changed the switch (took five minutes max!!!) tried to charge me $250.00 for his service, I had ... read more

I would certainly recommend – The customer service I received was great. The tech was polite and competent. I also thought the prices were very affordable.

Jason the great! – The serviceman you all sent over, Jason, was just great. He was was nice and polite, but he was also thorough and actually explained to me what exactly needed to be done. He was so helpful, I would certainly recommend you all.

Thanks Jason – The tech that came to my home, Jason, was very good. He was punctual and polite and took the time to explain the process to me. When I questioned the initial quote he was more than understanding and cooperative, in my experience that is not something you find very often. As far as I could tell, the work was done quickly and correctly.
