We worked with Taylor to sell our house and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have sold/bought several homes in the last ten years and have never had a better experience! We ended up with multiple offers from our open house and Taylor did everything she could to make the process painless (not easy since our buyer’s agent was something else). I can’t recommend her and Limbird enough! We especially loved the photos they took for us - it definitely helped draw the large crowd we had for our open house!

I'd give them zero if possible. Very unprofessional. Our landlord hired them to sell the house we were renting as I had recently defended my thesis in plant breeding/genetics and moving states. As we loved our landlord, we facilitated interaction with Limbird and Taylor as much as possible despite their complete lack of courtesy.
