Actually started with a different realtor and after 8 months and many futile contracts that fell through, we contacted the Limbird team and Mandy Curren. What a blast of fresh air. Many new ideas on selling the property and proper vetting of buyers. We ended up with 3 offers all at the same time and were able to close less than three months after switching. Great job, great service, great marketing ideas. My strongest recommendation.

We bought our first home with Limbird Team. We worked with Erin and she helped us a lot, any issues that came up, she was there to help and working with the team made it even better. It was not an easy experience but having open lines of communication with Erin and the team made it a lot easier.
