Do not engage in any business dealings with Jordan Lance Brody. Despite multiple attempts to contact him since early 2023, Jordan has consistently used my address fraudulently for his personal and business matters, including for Snyder Avenue Holdings LLC, a property managed by this group. When an individual is this unreliable and suspicious in the way they handle their personal information and registration, it is likely that they will cause trouble when managing anyone else's affairs.

Wow. It’s a sad day for me hearing that our building is making a mgmt change. That means we will loose our concierge, Rich Atkinson. As an owner, who lives out of state, knowing I have Rich to rely on should anything go wrong, was a huge relief for me. Rich was always courteous, professional, and available to handle anything needing to be done. Now, that confidence I had is gone. I can only say good luck to him where ever he is headed. We’ve been very satisfied with all aspects of being tenants with Metropolitan Property Management. Everything from the application process through leasing and on to regular maintenance has been exactly what you would expect or need from a professional property management company. We’ve had very few issues, but every time we need something, it’s taken care of immediately. It’s great to know we live in a safe, secure place with management that has their eyes on everything.
