The front office staff is always kind, helpful, and genuinely looks like they enjoy what they do. Their processes are incredibly streamlined and well-organized. For example, the flu vaccine drive is fast, clearly marked with signs, and staffed by people who are happy to answer questions. We stayed in the car the entire time and were done in under five minutes. The COVID vaccine experience was just as smooth. Shout-out to Sarah for the painless immunization—although I don’t usually have issues with them, the shot blocker is a game-changer! Love the use of this and other tools to help kiddos (and adults) to have a positive/painless immunization administration experience. Highly recommend!
