The customer service at Metropolitan Office Equipment is top notch. They are very prompt with any problems my office has with our copier. They are a pleasure to work with when the situation arises. They go above and beyond what is necessary. ie if they can't make it to the office to fix the copier (a very rare occasion) they will open their office to allow their customers to do their copying.
