I was really nervous to have a 3 hour glucose test done. The ladies were all wonderful and helped put my mind at ease. I am afraid of needles and have very deep veins but all of the people who drew my blood (4 draws, 3 people drew) were understanding and very gentle. Watching them for the 4 hours I was there, they were all very accommodating and people coming in rarely had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes until they were called back. Very positive experience!
They always find my tiny veins easily and never stick me more than once.
One of the best experiences today at the Silvis location with Brittany. She made me feel calm, and at ease and made my experience a good one. Keep up the great work.
We always have Lou as a courier and she is always very friendly to staff and residents. Her smile is contagious and she cares about people.
Took wife to 7th st. prior to 2pm on Nov.16. We were told that 2 draws would be required 15 minutes apart. She returned to waiting area at 2pm and at 2:30 was called for 2nd draw. I continued to wait and at 3pm approached the desk to inquire about wife's status. Was told she was a "hard stick". Upon checking I noticed she had bandages in various places. She indicated at least 4 different persons attempted to draw blood. She then told me they did not get enough on the 2pm draw and had to repeat adding to already long process ... read more
Great people, friendly staff and the are acting in the patients best interest.
I have worked for the company about 18 years total. Not many people can say they love there job I DO!!
