Since I have been at the Bala location, the rear elevator has been out of service at least 70% of the time. IT’S BROKEN RIGHT NOW!! 3/11/24. It is a shame that the outside maintenance contractor they pay to fix it, is so incompetent. There’s only one other operating elevator that BETTER NOT break. The stellar conditions and attention to detail that the CEO and other executives proclaim on their site cannot be the complex I live in. They wouldn’t stay here. They don’t even come through here to see the building.

I had a very bad call with a lady named Beth from the Corporate office. I was calling to get an email and phone number for A. Scott Fagan Owner of Metropolitan. She asked me with a very bad attitude what was this in regard's to as I was telling her she cut me off again with a bad attitude I'm sorry but he don't do that without letting me finish what I was trying to say. While location is a great, and onsite staff are nice, a few things could be improved: 1)I'm a longtime resident, and when for the 2nd time in many years, accidently was late on my rent, during the pandemic, when many groups are flexible, they were unwilling to waive the approximate $150 fee. I called MMC monthly to ask for an exception and received no response. 2) appliances are of poor quality (plus there is no garbage disposal), 3) paint job is of very poor quality.
