Very unprofessional. Never received any Ernest money from the buyer. Also did not follow the purchase agreement timeline. They cancelled the sale of the home the day after the inspection period expired. We assumed our house was sold per purchase agreement. Hard to communicate with not available to show the buyer the home when needed. Had to have the sellers agent be present while their buyer viewed the home.
