Update, post installation. The Good: The technicians showed up on time. They seemed to know what they are doing, they were efficient and installation took a few hours and they explained everything. They cleaned after themselves too. The NOT so good: They turned off our water heater, WITHOUT telling us. So we take a shower at night and the water is cold, not a big deal, right?
