At Metropolitan farmer we have built relationships with our farmer partners. They are not suppliers, but our neighbors, our friends, and in some cases family. As Chefs our job is merely to showcase the hard work the farmer has already put into the product not cover it up. “Buying local shouldn’t be a marketing tool, it should just be the way we do business. Buying locally means you are supporting the family farms and ranches that raised your food.”

GREAT place! It was my first time there and lived up to every spectation I had. I would go there every week if I had the time. Second favorite restaurant in the Queen City!!!

How can you make a chicken sandwich unforgettable... I have no idea but Metropolitan Farmer does!! And the potatoe salad and homemade chips... this was made even better with the topper bar... we will be back!
Simply the best in 417, if you are bored with the common staples and predictable menu of every other restaurant in the area, Metro Farmer is definitely worth the visit. I've often found myself thinking about the dishes served long after I've left. This restaurant sets the bar high, and I would have to leap over springfield to find anything in comparison.
Super friendly staff! The best Bloody Mary bar in town! The honey vanilla biscuits are melt in your mouth delicious!
