Very bad experience . Completely unprofessional, utter lack of empathy towards the patients. I called to make an appointment for the rashes , the support agent asked for my insurance , which i provided , the earliest appointment I got was after 9 days of my call , I agreed to the same. On the day of appointment, 6 hours before , I filled up all the forms , uploaded my insurance details again, past history and everything . 2 hours before my appointment, I get a voice mail saying my insurance is not accepted.
