I set up a ride yesterday afternoon to go to their meeting this morning They clearly said to me they will be picking me up around 8AM I have been sitting & watching for 45 min now and still no ride Come to find out that my name was taken OFF the NO ESCORT list which I fought too long to get my name on
Metro transit is a rip off the drivers are evil and nasty customer service doesn't do anything about it neither does management allow drivers to be rude and overcharge you and customer service doesn't do anything.Everyone that is working for them now need to be let go and start completely over thank you.

It's entertaining to see the coocoobirds paranoia sprout over such a novel idea as having a metro governmental body to manage and guide metro issues such as waste water treatment, water and transportation.
