Last Friday, I reserved a ride for 10:00pm Monday 4/20/20 so I could get to my job at Abbott Northwestern Hospital at 11:00pm. The driver did not show up until 11:15pm, which made me a half hour late. Thanks Metro Transit for screwing me over. I'm never depending on Metro Mobility to give me a "stress-free trip to and from work."
RecommendedI have been very grateful to have Metro Mobility because they take me to and from my job and to places that are not very accessible for people who can’t drive, like myself. I greatly thank these guys for what they do.
Far too much power for an un-elected governmental body
Spend less, quit trying to control the lives of individual citizens. Have less power in an unelected body.

You should be elected. You control 55% of the states population. Sounds to me like the same reasons for the Declaration of Independence, taxation without representation. I think you spending 1 billion on a lite rail to EP is ridiculous. Do you know how many buses could run on that amount money. From what I hear it will double the commute from EP to downtown. Bus routes are flexible, the lite rail is not. We have enough traffic in EP without adding more. And look at what you are doing to the land.
