I thought section 8 help it clients. I was transferred over to HRA from the Minneapolis section 8. I don't know the reason why my worker sent my paperwork to HRA when they did. Since I been with section 8 I did everything I was asked of me and you see from my paperwork that I had my information in on time. Now my new landlord is asking for more money than what my rent actually is. This is so wrong, my apartment passed inspection on December 1, 2017. Why can't anyone see where I'm coming from. People just don't care.
Until last night. The driver of Metro Mobility was nice and wanted to take me home when I thought he was my ride home. The dispatcher let him let me on the bus to take me home until I paid and sat down then the dispatcher told me right on the radio to get off the bus cause I was messing around with everyone's rides. I call a few days before I booked the ride. It wasn't my fault your system went down last night. Hope to speak with the manager soon. I been upset about it all night. I have never been told to get off a bus.
Now that you have your rate increase for the light rail, could you Please turn on the heaters at the Fort Snelling Station shelters?
