Great Coffee Shop! Amazing service and great coffee. I love going to the Metropolitan and listening to the bands on Saturday nights and reading magazines during the week.
Outstanding coffee shop Metropolitan Coffee has a great blend as their signature coffee and delicious mocha's, latte's and real cappuccino's. The attention to detail and the knowledge of coffee by the professional staff make this a must stop for any coffee lover. The decor is very nice with an art deco style. Plenty of room to read my favorite book or use my laptop with the wireless internet provided. This coffee shop has been locally owned and operated since 2002.
Great Place The place is great and the coffee is outstanding! It is perfect for informal business meetings and also great place to get away from it all. Love this place.
It’s been a long time that I have been treated as rudely at a private owned business as I was today at this joint. Pretty awful
I would recommend it if their wifi works more than half the time. I buy something and get ready to connect, than, i find out it doesn't work. but everything else is good. Not a place for study on your laptop. Starbucks have way better wifi

Hi Daniel! This is Myra, one of the owners. I am sorry the wifi was not working today. Normally it works really well but we have had trouble in the last week. We are working hard to figure out why. It isn't something that happens regularly. :)
This place was served by a self righteous, hypocritical soyboy who refused to take cash payment for coffee and demanded I wear a mask, meanwhile all the customers sitting down didn’t have theirs on. Apparently in Metropolitan Café the coronavirus only spreads whilst standing. These pricks will never see another dime from me and I will make sure I tell EVERYONE in Hutchinson NOT to go to this snobby establishment.
