I would never suggest Metropolitan Cleaners in South Side to anyone, except my worst enemy. They gave me rude attitude when I came in asking simply for a pressing of my 16 shirts. Upon pickup, all 16 of my $100+ dress shirts had two visible pinholes in back of shirt. I consider them ruined now. I was told after calling to complain, that this was their usual practice, in order to not confuse your clothes with others'. Really? Horrible service, on both ends. Stay away from this place.
