The office staff needs to pull it together, I've been dealing with issues from air conditioning for complaining a month straight to finally (in middle of summer) getting a new one and now we pay rent on time and they haven't cashed it for going on 2 wks. Then try and calling office staff is a nightmare because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE IS WRONG? ??? Metropolitan has been very helpful to us. We recently had a leak, and they helped us in every way possible to make sure we were comfortable. We were offered to move into a whole different unit with no additional fee's. In any situation, the staff and maintenance are always willing to help in the best way possible!
Once again lady lives under complains about bogos crap and I get notice when I hear them right now 3:20 in the morning its a ever nite thing I hear them they r the loudest in all of building 6 and complain bout bullcrap they need to mind there own bussines and stop crying and whinwing bout them self's being loud
