I have lived here for exactly a year in July. The staff is very friendly and understanding in any which situation. They make paying rent very efficient by doing it online. The maintenance guys are also very attentive to any problems I have come across. They asses the situation and correct immediately and also let you know the process while things are being corrected. Taking care of their residents is a goal the Metropolitan has gone above and beyond to reach. I strongly recommend making the metropolitan your new home.

Maintenance staff has been super friendly and as efficient as can be! Overall had good experiences.
The metropolitan is a great apartment complex to live in since it has gone under new management. They are very understanding and willing to work with you not to mention how nicely they keep up with the apartments.
I love living here, the new management is understanding and makes things happen. If you put a work order in they do their best to get the job done the same day or the next day. Would recommend anyone to live here!
The new management and staff is AMAZING!!! As soon as I walked into the office I felt welcomed and like I was at home. The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you guys for being awesome!!!
