I wanted to say that for my daughters first apartment the office staff at metropolitan have been great we are happy with her first apartment, we haven't had any issues and felt welcomed. I really like the fact that it's close and convenient to everything in Lubbock...thanks guys...
The apartmets 0* Many problems!
I'm soooo glad I moved here. I never knew the decorative power of water pouring from your ceiling into a bucket until I had the fortune to move here. The best part? Maintenence agrees and has left it like this for days. So glad we agree. And in case you're stressed when you call their emergency maintenence phone number, they let you wait about 10 minutes on hold while they play soft jazz to calm you down. What a great place.
I love it here! I feel safe and comfortable. Don't plan to move anytime soon.
