The apartments themselves inside are decent and relatively spacious and it is right across the street from the path which is amazing. However, (BIG HOWEVER) there is a huge roach problem that they have not been able to fix for years. They allow tenants to move from apartment to apartment trying to find one without roaches but they do not exist. The HOT WATER goes out at least once every other day.
