I've never met anyone as unprofessional as NICK ARSENIS. It took me 4 weeks, over 20 messages, around 10 calls, and three office visits to get my security deposit check. The day he finally gave me the check, he kept me waiting half an hour outside his office. Amazing experience selling my parents home in Astoria using Metropolis! Angela Metaras was with me every step of the way! Always available to listen to my concerns, answer questions and give guidance! They took great pictures and captured the many wonderful aspects of the property.
