The garage is clean and we'll lit. We got there on Wendnesday afternoon and there were plenty of spaces availible. There was an attendant there but he was more organizing and cleaning. This is a garage where you take your entry ticket with you when you exit and pay by card before you leave. Yes, there is after hours pedestrian access to your car. Use the qr code on your entry ticket on a unmarked side door to gain entry. Or go thru the building lobby (if open).

This garage is clean but the service is non existent. It says you have pedestrian access during off hours but that is not true. We called and called but no one comes out and we are outside for over 2 hours waiting. Its absolutely ridiculous.

The parking garage is clean but the directions on how to get there and where exactly to park were incredibly difficult to follow. When I tried to clarify with a staff what time the garage closed for the day they said it was closed all weekend…which was clearly not true and I was able to park with my reservation.

I asked the info button if I could pull my car out of the garage over the weekend prior to parking and the employee told me yes, that they’re 24/7 and now the garage is closed and I’m going to miss my flight. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd.
