First time, this place was great. In and out, no problem. The second day, I couldn't get back out, until someone came to help. Great, but they didn't say why I couldn't leave. Turns out they toasted my account because I didn't ok the car driver in a text. I wasn't going to click on a link in the text. I couldn't prove it was really them. They charged me an extra $50 for this. Not using them again.
Horrible experience. Park there frequently for $6 for the first 30 minutes. One day, was there for 17 minutes and was charged $24.10 with no warning. Contacted for a refund and was told this was the correct price and I should’ve scanned the qr code after entering to see the current rates (even though the rate posted at the entrance clearly said $6). They gave me a refund after I pushed back and said this was predatory bait-and-switching pricing. Clearly, they don’t care about the consumers AT ALL. This is a continuous proble... read more
I'm in Houston, and I got a notification that I park here. They "only" charged me 0.99 but the fact that they can do that it's a crime. Metropolis parking sucks!
No stars…. If I could give minus stars I would. $24.10 was charged for less than 15 minutes, ran into Filomena’s to pick up an order….. totally ridiculous,
I parked here for less than 30 minutes on Saturday morning and was charged 24 dollars, basically robbery. I did not see there is Weekend specific price on the price menu, you have to scan the QR code to see the exact parking rate!
