This garage at PickWick Place does not even deserve one star. I own a monthly parking pass and several times have not been able to find a spot. These hourly parkers are rude and drive recklessly. The stairs and elevators are unsafe as homeless people sleep in them throughout the night leaving piss and screaming at young adults during the mornings (8 am). The buses are old , air conditioner don’t work and they don’t keep them up. The drivers are awful always have and attitude.
