I’d like to give 0 out of 5. When I dropped off my car with the Valet at the Cambria hotel, they told me about the digital valet ticket that they sent me via text and said that I could request the car using that. They suggested to do so about 15 min before I needed the car so they would have time to go get it. This morning, I requested my car at 10:30 using the digital valet, it showed that they were getting my car. I went downstairs at 10:45 and they had no idea I'd requested it.
