Esta mañana cuando ingrese al parqueadero el tipo que lo recibe a uno me quería pegar por el echo de qué no puse el carro en el P6 lo había puesto en el p2 me levantó la mano y me decía que era un estúpido que mal servicio el personal que tienen
I parked for 10 mins and now have to pay $30 to leave the parking lots. This company has predatory pricing rates. Signage was unclear and the security arm was lifted purposely to encourage people to park. This company is greedy and unhelpful. Spare yourself the fees and park on the street!!!!
Would not recommend. Came back after closing (my fault entirely). Did not see any signs for hours. A number was posted to call to open the garage for a $50 fee. The person on the line told me the didn’t have a key to the facility. I was then told to find security. There was none. I was then told to wait for someone to exit the garage so I could enter. No one was there so I was unable to get my car.
