HORRIBLE experience - STAY AWAY. I chose to park here for a couple of hours after having multiple great experiences in the past with Metropolis garages - normally very convenient and affordable. The details provided online on the Metropolis site for this garage, physical posted signs in and outside the garage, and here on Google maps are all different when it comes to their open hours and pricing. I PARKED HERE FOR LESS THAN ONE HOUR ON JULY 4TH AND I VALIDATED AT SAFEWAY. TODAY (JULY 11TH) MY CARD WAS CHARED $19.99. I WILL NEVER PARK AT ANY METROPOLIS PARKING LOTS.
Lucky that Google won't let me give a zero star rating. Your posted hours say that you close at 3AM yet for some reason the garage closed at Midnight. The people at the number that's posted were rude and no one is answering at the number on your website. I'm stuck without my car until maybe tomorrow morning, since the hours mean nothing, and have had to pay for an Uber. The workers were too busy filling up the garage valeting for The Anthem that they probably forgot about everyone else. DO NOT PARK HERE
