Great place to live. Walking distance to the strip, convention center and monorail. Best views in the city. The condos are spacious abd feel more like a house than a condo due to the high ceilings and private entrance.
One of thee best high rise residences in the city imo. Have quite a few friends that live here so I'm here often. Security is top of the line and concierge is amazing.
Nice place in the middle of it all ! Be mindful of street parking in Ralph McGill they do get greedy with raking in money for the city on parking tickets. But other than that it’s a great area.
I was in there parking lot for 3 hours and was charged for 12 hours. I was a first time customer and 12 hrs auto populates. I use parking lot companies in lots of different cities and this company states they have cameras that see when you pull out of their parking lot to stop the time, however they do not clearly state which parking lots have these cameras and which ones do not. They were completely unwilling to refund anything. I was charged $40 for 3 hrs.
