This hotel has a certain old world charm and elegance. Do not miss the interesting art on every floor. The managers Alessandro and Alvise were fabulous and attentive as was Angelica and the other personnel in this wonderful hotel. The concierge, Giuliano, gave us great places to go and how to plan our days. The breakfast was fabulous and the garden area was very pretty. The rooms were very nice and the location is close to everything. I would stay there again the next time I go to Venice. Thanks again to everyone there.
Most beautiful, amazing hotel in the whole of Venice! The staff were so helpful and kind and made you feel so special, like you were family! Excellent food, service, accommodation and ambience! Everyone literally went above and beyond to accommodate our every need! Would recommend this 5 star hotel in my opinion to everyone, there is no other hotel we would ever stay in again in Venice apart from The Metropole!! Scott and Donna Nelson x
I have to mention the Oriental Bar which is the bar inside The Metropole Hotel and it's amazing bar staff Angelo, Andrei and Bruno they treated us so well and made us feel very special especially on our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary and on my birthday where they celebrated and toasted with my wife and I at 12 midnight a very special moment with very lovely, kind and genuine people, who we now class as friends! Thanks so much you guys you were so welcoming and made our time at The Metropole even better in your bar! Scott
Beautiful old style charm with modern twist when it comes to attention. Spent 4 nights there for my special birthday and couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. The service was amazing and around each corner a new surprise. Loved the displays of private collections of artifacts even on the first floor. The room we had was beautiful and maid service efficient and swift. All areas in room was spotless clean. Breakfast good. Cocktails a must.
